For generations, the systems that build wealth in America were not built for Black families. We are changing that, on purpose and with receipts.

Mission

Washington Realtist Foundation (WRF) is the charitable arm of Western Washington Realtist. We prepare a network of educated, competent, and equipped Black real estate professionals, the Realtists, to guide families through homeownership and business ownership with the knowledge that only lived experience provides.

Through the Black Home Initiative (BHI), we also bring together more than 120 partners from the public, private, nonprofit, and municipal communities. Instead of duplicating services, BHI works as a coordinated response system. We connect the dots on the path to homeownership so no family gets stuck between the steps. We focus on supply, demand, and an enabling environment, because fixing one without the others just moves the bottleneck.

Our measure of success is simple: families getting to the closing table.

Our Pillars

    Deliver Outcomes
